Facility Rentals

LONG TERM RENTALS:  We have reached full rental capacity for Fall 2020 and will not be accepting any other long term rental requests.  Rental availability for 2021 (beginning in January) will be assessed in December 2020.

HOURLY RENTALS:  We are now accepting hourly rental requests, dependent on space and staff availability.  Please note the following:

  • We cannot book space more than 60 days in advance.
  • Our gymnasium is fully booked until the second week of March 2021.
  • We are closed on Sundays.

Room Details & Prices:

CMOH Order 35-2020 states that all private social functions be limited to 15 persons.  If you are inquiring to book a birthday party, bridal shower, etc. please note all capacity limits are now 15.

Full Gym – $100/hour – 8000sqft – Covid-19 Capacity 15

Half Gym – $65/hour – 4000sqft – Covid-19 Capacity 15

Meeting Room – $65/hour – 800sqft – Covid-19 Capacity 15

Boardroom – $40/hour – 250sqft – Covid-19 Capacity 6

Midnapore Studio – $65/hour – 850sqft – Covid-19 Capacity 15

We have studio space, meeting rooms, and a large gymnasium available for rent.  We are not suitable for weddings or large events over 150 people.   Click the link to view our MSCA Hourly Contract where you can find our rental regulations.
