If you received an email regarding an Account Creation on Monday, January 18 – this email is NOT A SCAM!!
We have upgraded to a brand new recreation system! All our past customers (dating back to 2013) would have received this email. If you are no longer interested in our services, please reply to the email to let us know so we can remove your account from our system. If you are a current customer, please continue to create your new account, update your information, and have a look around! We hope to be able to offer our recreation services again soon!
January 8, 2021:
Current restrictions remain in place. The Community Centre will remain closed to the public and only open for our Out of School Care Program.
Recreation and rentals are postponed until further notice.
We understand that many of you are trying to plan ahead and these unknown factors make planning much more difficult. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we have received more information.
In the meantime, our administration staff are working safely from home. You can still reach our staff by calling the Centre at 403-254-8058 or emailing email@example.com.
Please consider subscribing to our Recreation Newsletter to receive immediate, timely information as decisions are made. This newsletter is purely for information regarding registration dates, program offerings, mass cancellations, and Covid-19 updates that might affect our facility operations.
December 9, 2020:
A credit has been automatically placed on your account for your cancelled classes of 2020. If you wish to receive a refund, you must call the Community Centre (403-254-8058) and speak with a staff member (we do not encourage customers to leave their credit card information in a voicemail). Our payment system does not allow for automatic refunds as your credit card information is not kept on file.
