Pilates with Props

All ages, body types and levels of fitness welcome! This course will start with exercises and education of the fundamentals of Pilates and progress each session to develop and challenge as participants improve. Using various Pilates Props, strengthen your core, improve alignment and posture, increase flexibility and mobility, develop strength, release stress and tension and improve coordination. Learn properly with skilled instruction, feedback, and correction in this small class. Bring your own exercise mat.

Come out and try this great aerobic exercise on our stationary bikes! It’s a great way to burn calories, tone your legs and get in shape. This class is good for people of all fitness levels because you control how hard your workout is! So what are you waiting for?


Yoga by the Lake
