Learning to meditate is a great way to relax and promote health and wellness. This course will focus on bringing students mental balance and peace of mind through breathing and meditation techniques. Learn an easy effective and beneficial methd of clearing away negative energy and replacing it with positive. Reaching deeper meditative states will be addressed in the final three classes. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, towel or cushion to sit on.
