Leaders are the reason why Mid-Sun Summer Day Camps is consistently known for being an excellent, fun, and safe choice for summertime childcare. Being a Leader means ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of all campers, while also acting as a role model for both children and youth volunteers. We strive ourselves on our excellence of our leaders, and their positive impact on the community. If you want to have a long-lasting impact on in your community, and gain real-world experience working with children, then we want you!
Hiring for 2017 Leader positions is now closed. Thank you to those who applied. If you are interested in working with us next summer, please check back in early Spring of 2018.
Volunteers play an integral part of Mid-Sun’s success and we encourage youth at least 13 years old to join us as a volunteer. Volunteering with Mid-Sun Summer Day Camps is a tremendous way to build confidence, meet new friends, gain real-world work experience and most importantly, have fun. We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of one full week of camp.
Mid-Sun Summer Day Camps is always eager for new youth to join our volunteer program, and are always excited to see returning volunteers. For an idea of what it is like to be a volunteer with the Mid-Sun Summer Day Camps please take a look at our 2017 Volunteer Expectations and Guidelines.
